These planters are for two gardens that have been laid out by Thomas Mawson of Windemere. Taking influence from his original designs the planters have been constructed with Quarter sawn English Oak, mortise and tenoned and lead lined to hold the soil from the timbers. No preservatives have been applied simply allowing the Oak to silver with age.
